Stuart joined as CEO in June 2019, and latterly as an investor, due to his unwavering belief in CloudMargin’s solution, market position and ability to solve a very real problem and gap in the market.
A seasoned leader in fintech, OTC markets, collateral management, banking and prime brokerage, he previously served as Group CEO for TriOptima AB for three years until its exit into the CME Group.
Stuart built his career at Goldman Sachs as a Managing Director in the Global Markets Division, both in the UK and US. During his 18 year tenure, he focused on client-side leadership positions, bringing solutions to institutional clients across structured products, foreign exchange, credit, fixed income and equity products.
Stuart is a frequent industry speaker and thought leader.
In his spare time, Stuart is a keen sports fan and family man, always striving to balance this in perfect harmony with his day job.
Steven brings over 20 years of experience in finance and strategy. As joint COO/CFO Steven is passionate about driving innovation and sustainable business growth in the fintech sector. Joining the leadership team in 2015 to shape and deliver CloudMargin’s strategy for long-term growth, Steven is a member of the Board of Directors and works across CloudMargin to advance its inclusive culture of growth and development.
Before joining CloudMargin, he held roles in capital markets businesses spanning investment and retail banking. Steven has a love for travel, having lived on three continents, as well as sport and design. When not devoting time to his family, he can be found doing laps in the pool and exploring London’s parks and galleries.
Steven is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Corporate Finance).
Stuart and his co-founders launched CloudMargin in 2014, with a clear vision to revolutionise the collateral management industry. The journey has taken Stuart from a highly successful career in product and client management leadership roles with J.P. Morgan, Northern Trust and HSBC, to applying his extensive collateral management expertise in building CloudMargin.
With over 20 years industry experience, he has worked with institutions covering buy-and sell-side, outsourcers and software vendors.
Outside of work, Stuart enjoys travel, supporting his favourite football team and family time.
Stuart holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours).
With over 18 years of experience in capital markets, David has worked in investment banking roles across collateral management, organisational change and portfolio restructuring. Joining CloudMargin in 2020, he focuses on increasing revenue and expanding the client base, applying his industry knowledge to help meet the company’s growth objectives.
As a member of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) derivatives working groups, he has contributed to shaping industry best practices for both collateral and risk management.
Prior to CloudMargin, David held fintech leadership roles for 12 years, heading sales and strategy initiatives for companies in the capital markets including CME Group and TriOptima. He is also a frequent industry panel speaker.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his young family and on all things sport. He holds a degree in Economics.

Yasmin joined CloudMargin in June 2018 as Chief People Officer. A mission-driven, values-oriented leader, Yasmin leads CloudMargin’s people strategy with a focus on aligning talent acquisition, employee engagement and leadership development with the company’s core values, ensuring people thrive and perform at their best.
With over 25 years of experience in human resources and organisational development, Yasmin has also held senior HR roles at Arma Partners, S&P [Global] and Moody’s Investor Services, leading impactful initiatives in culture transformation, diversity and inclusion, talent development and M&A HR.
Outside of work, Yasmin loves the outdoors and is passionate about her horses, being a keen competitor and volunteer within the discipline of British dressage.
Yasmin is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds an Advanced Award in Employment Law. She is a board member in women’s healthcare.
Miriam brings over 20 years experience in client and financial services to CloudMargin. Since joining as Head of Client Services in March 2020, Miriam leads initiatives across client onboarding, support and relationship management, ensuring exceptional service delivery for CloudMargin clients. Her role involves enhancing client satisfaction through continuous improvement and optimisation of processes.
Miriam had an extensive 14 year career at Clearstream Banking S.A., progressing through various client-facing roles in Luxembourg, New York and London. Her achievements include leading global project teams and delivering improvements in client experience while implementing cost-effective solutions.
Having lived in five countries, Miriam enjoys travelling, sport, music and art.
She holds a degree in Intercultural Studies, in addition to being a certified Prince2 practitioner.

Joining CloudMargin in 2015, Simon Millington has a breadth of collateral management expertise. His senior roles in CloudMargin have included Head of Product Management and he now leads Business Development, North America and the partnership program.
Simon’s 16 year career includes working with J.P. Morgan’s agency collateral business specialising in portfolio reconciliations, collateral operations and client implementations.
Simon is a frequent industry panel speaker and in his spare time enjoys spending travelling, skiing and golfing.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (International Management).
Clinton joined CloudMargin in 2020 as Chief Technology Officer and drives technological innovation, enhanced operational efficiencies and maintenance of industry-leading standards in product development.
Clinton’s 30 year career spans multiple sectors including banking, fintech, travel, retail, defence and healthcare including Worldpay, TUI and essDOCS.
With a range of professional certifications, Clinton has deep technical expertise in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud solutions, optimising service delivery, implementing ITIL processes and improving customer satisfaction and retention.
Outside of work, Clinton enjoys DIY projects - often with mixed results.
As Chairman, Richard combines a detailed understanding of the financial services industry and its challenges and opportunities with senior board leadership experience.
Richard brings extensive external insight, a deep understanding of relevant issues and the strong corporate governance expertise required to lead an effective Board and develop its strategy. He also brings considerable experience of engagement with key stakeholders of the business.
Richard held a 23 year career at J.P. Morgan where he served most recently as Managing Director leading the global cash equities and prime services businesses. An active Angel investor, Richard is also the Board Chair at TP ICAP, FIA Tech and Saranac Partners and a non-executive director at Man Group plc.
Mark Beeston is a veteran of over 30 years in financial markets. He is a Managing Partner and founder of Illuminate Financial Management, a venture capital firm focused on financial services technology.
Mark launched the firm in 2014 following a long career in capital markets. He was the CEO for the Post Trade Risk and Information business and Exco Member at ICAP (now OSSTRA, a CME and S&P Global JV) where he also oversaw the creation of ICAP’s own investment subsidiary. Before ICAP Mark was President of T-Zero, a credit derivatives trade processing platform (now ICELink) launched during his time on the Exco of Creditex resulting in the successful acquisition of the group by ICE in 2008.
Commencing his career with 13 years at Deutsche Bank, he worked in derivatives trading and management, including periods as COO for both the Global Rates and Global Credit businesses following an extensive period of running various Fixed Income derivative trading businesses.
Andrew is a fintech executive and board member with over 20 years of experience driving business growth and operational efficiency. Andrew is the CEO of Hum Capital and as a former SVP and Partner at S&P Global and IHS Markit, he has led successful corporate development, including M&A, expanded margins, and exited non-core businesses.
Known for his strategic vision and expertise in the product management life cycle, Andrew is recognised as a thought leader in the industry. His leadership fosters innovation, builds high-performing teams, and delivers sustainable results, making a significant impact across the fintech sector.
