Be part of our mission
Strategic Projects Manager
Working directly alongside the COO, you'll be the engine behind how our key priorities get delivered. You'll own the COO's project-tracking system and priorities log, keeping tabs on major client and cross-functional initiatives, chasing action owners, and flagging risks, blockers and slippage before they become problems. You'll build clear plans, timelines and status reporting for strategic projects, from major client engagements to organisational restructuring, and prepare the materials that drive our leadership rhythm, including monthly and quarterly management information and board packs. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll keep function leads aligned with the COO's priorities through regular check-ins, and hold them to agreed deadlines. You'll bring project management rigour to Client Success on large implementations and renewals. You'll run meetings with clients, vendors and advisors on your own and manage those relationships directly. You'll also turn financial and operational data into clear insight to support decision-making, covering forecasts, vendor cost comparisons and KPI tracking. On top of that, you'll lead research and scoping work such as vendor RFPs, contract reviews and process reviews.
Product Owner
CloudMargin's Platform team owns the cloud infrastructure our product runs on, and serves everyone across the business who depends on it, from the engineers building on it to the client-facing and operational teams whose work runs through it. The primary purpose of this role is to own that team's backlog, where three kinds of demand compete for the same capacity: enabling other teams to move quickly, keeping the estate secure, current and observable, and controlling what it costs to run. Almost none of this work is visible to clients, and all of it is felt by them. The role is accountable for making those trade-offs deliberately and defensibly, rather than letting the loudest request win.
Information Security Manager
As our Information Security Manager, you’ll own the information security function. You will be the first point of contact for everything from ISMS governance to platform security. You’ll run and evolve an established ISO 27001:2022-aligned programme with real scope to shape it, working directly with our CTO, VP of Engineering and commercial leadership. It’s a hands-on role for someone ready to step up and build their reputation as a security leader.
